Carrots in California can be harvested fresh 365 days a year so we can always bring you the freshest product, there is no need to store these carrots in silos. We are using 100% of the carrots so as to retain as much of the essential nutrients as possible. Of course it would be less costly to buy the pulp or by-product from other companies but we decided to do what's best for our pets and yours.

We decided against compressing the carrots into pellets because the high heat needed to do this would be destroying more nutrients and taking the fresh raw quality from them. Since we can now make carrots fresh and have no need to store them in silos you will always be getting the freshest raw product available.
